O’Neill’s Pub in Suffolk Street is over three hundred years old and is a contender for the best pub in Dublin. The current Family O’Neill has been the proprietor since 1927 and the family takes pride in the quality of the pub food, the pub’s delightful beer gardens and Irish Music nights.

In Harry Street is McDaid’s, an Irish pub that is renowned for its literary connections including the likes of the great writer James Joyce.
